Athletics

Home Campus will be used for all athletic forms/clearances.

All Athletes playing a sport at Two Rivers Elementary must create an account at www.athleticclearance.com. Each parent/guardian must fill out all information, sign, and complete all required reading/forms. A physical form will need to be uploaded. Athletes will be cleared following completion by the Athletic Director. Please read the information completely, including the Student-Athlete Handbook, and feel free to contact Athletic Director Ivonne Bororquez at (916) 567-5520 or ibojorquez@natomasunified.org should you have any questions or concerns.
